How We Work
Web Finesse Studios offers a flexible and responsible work environment. As a consultancy, we work to meet our clients needs. The majority of Web Finesse Studios' work is done in our office, meaning your business may still operate without many interruptions.
We begin all our clients with an interview, here we examine and the needs of the company. During this interview
we determine the functionality needed for the project. During the interview we discuss with the employees
and managers the needs of the project. If any questions arise during the production
of the project, it will usually only take a few minutes of the companies time to resolve. We
keep interruptions to a minimum, yet keep the project moving at a consistent pace.
All necessary training is done at the clients facilities. This gives the trainees an accurate and comfortable environment to learn. Training in many cases only takes a few hours to a couple days depending on the nature of the project.
All projects are managed by one project manager who will be responsible for all aspects of the project. Any communication will be handled through the project manager. You will only have to deal with one person. This person will know about the projects history, and status at all times. Saving time and energy for your company. Project managers will call with a progress report every two to three days. If any questions arise during production of the project, the project manager will contact the client to resolve it.
All projects are broken up into milestones. Each milestone has an agreed set of requirements. Once all the requirements have been met to the clients satisfaction, payment for the milestone will be requested. Once all milestones are completed the project is considered finished.
We use a four step process with all of our clients. We start with an interview where we examine the needs and requirements of the project. Once the needs of the project have been identified, a proposal is written. The proposal details the requirements and services to be completed by Web Finesse Studios. After the proposal, the work is done to the specification of the proposed agreement. Once completed, we provide any technical support and training necessary. We will then check in on a regular basis to ensure everything is going smoothly.
